Can I report minor incidents on Stop SMIDSY?
You can report any bad driving (or indeed bad cycling, walking, riding, etc) on Stop SMIDSY, including near misses. In fact, we are especially interested in near misses, as this data is not officially collected and it helps us understand how bad driving is not only unsafe, but also anti-social. It also gives us an indication of the extent that bad driving (cycling, walking, riding, etc) affects people, and how frequently it is not noted by current official reporting systems.
